Reports are coming soon and not yet available.
Reports let you schedule dashboards or questions to be delivered automatically on a recurring basis. Instead of checking MinusX manually, the data comes to you.
How reports work
A report takes a snapshot of a dashboard or question's results and delivers it — typically via email — on a schedule you define.
Setting up a report
- Open a dashboard or question
- Select Schedule Report from the actions menu
- Configure the schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Add recipient email addresses
- Save
Report contents
Reports include:
- The dashboard or question title
- A rendered snapshot of the visualization
- A link back to the live version in MinusX
Use cases
- Daily standups — send yesterday's key metrics every morning
- Weekly summaries — deliver a revenue dashboard to leadership each Monday
- Monthly reviews — generate end-of-month performance reports automatically
